CC Banners is dedicated to providing top-notch custom banners and pins for all occasions! Our names our Carly Barrett and Caroline Whitley and we are currently studying at the University of South Carolina. We are two college students combining our passion to bring your visions to life. Carly, with a background in Public Relations, brings expertise in communication and brand messaging, while Caroline, studying Hospitality Management, knows the ins and outs of event planning and customer service. We love painting and are so excited to make yall's special events even more special!
